SBK Financial Services was founded by Susan Kelly in 2020. With over 30 years experience in Accounting and Finance, Susan has worked in all industries and companies of all sizes. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairfield University, and an MBA in Finance from Sacred Heart University. Susan is a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor, and also an Enrolled Agent of the IRS, which certifies her to represent clients before the IRS to solve their back tax problems. Susan’s work experience is diverse with working knowledge of the luxury retail, insurance, banking, investment banking, manufacturing, construction, health care and farming industries. Ten years of her career was spent as a Controller in a small business. In this role she performed everything from setting up the business and the accounting system, launching the company website, to filing government forms and returns. With core values of honesty, integrity and reliability, Susan enjoys helping small business owners take control of their accounting and finances. Whether it be by showing them the health of their company, solving a tax problem, or finding ways to maximize cash flow.
